Will I be involved?

No. We take the privacy and experience of our guests and owners seriously. Our team is fully equipped to manage the a-z of your property so you may rest easy. 

Am I covered if something goes wrong?

Absolutely. We have an exclusive background checked clientele who we allow booking with us as guests or members, this provides ample security against any issues that are sometimes experienced with other rental models. For insurance, we have corporate-grade damage and liability coverage. 

How can I know if my property qualifies?

At Sky Residence Club we have a strict set of requirements for the properties we accept to market and manage. The rule of thumb is that your property must be in a desirable location, be empty or furnished by a designer, be recently renovated or newly built, enjoy great views and luxury appliances, and amenities. When do I collect my earnings?

Your income along with the Property Statement of completed stays is transferred on a monthly basis to the bank account on file on the 15th of each month. We work with our clients to manage any international transfers or splits as may be required where legally permitted under the laws of British Colombia where our Corporation is governed.
